Discovery callEssentiq needed a production-ready recruiting platform with AI-powered search across millions of LinkedIn profiles, automated multi-channel outreach sequences (LinkedIn + Email), and a unified inbox for all candidate communication. The platform required integration with Typesense for advanced search, Unipile for LinkedIn/Email connectivity, OpenAI for candidate analysis, and Trigger.dev for background job processing.
We built a full-stack platform with Next.js 15, TypeScript, and Supabase. Implemented Typesense search with advanced boolean queries and fuzzy matching to search millions of profiles. Developed an automated sequence system for LinkedIn (contact requests, messages, InMail) and Email via Unipile API. Created AI-driven candidate analysis with OpenAI for automatic profiling. Built a unified inbox where all LinkedIn and Email conversations sync in real-time.
Essentiq platform successfully launched in November 2025 with full production stability. The platform offers AI-powered candidate search across millions of profiles, automated LinkedIn/Email sequences, and unified inbox. The first 10+ beta users are actively onboarding and early user feedback shows great potential for transforming the recruitment process.

Unipile integration: Real-time synchronization of LinkedIn and Email conversations via webhooks with automatic conversation threading
OpenAI analysis: Structured candidate assessment with JSON schema validation and context-aware prompting for Swedish recruiters
